SEA SCOUT UNIFORM

• Uniform Items
  Sea Scout jersey, neckerchief, woggle (single leather plaited with press-stud), hat and tally band, official blue Scout activities trousers and/orshorts.

  OPENING TIMES
  Monday - 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
  Wednesday and Friday - 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
  Saturday - 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
  There are sometime second-hand uniforms in the School PTA/Scout second-hand clothes store (See School Calendar/Octavi for opening times), and we quite often have small stocks of neckerchiefs for sale in the Scout H.Q.  We also stock our own sweatshirts and T-shirts, which are not available any other way.
• Badge Positioning
  We present badges as appropriate; the diagram above should help with the positioning. Please try to position badges carefully. (There are a few others available not shown in the diagram). .
• Hat and Tally Band
  The tally band needs tying round the hat with a neat bow. Centre the ribbon with the SC of SCOUTS directly under the front seam of the cap. (We have a handout showing how to do this in detail). Please remove the chin-strap in the hat.
• Naming Items
  We recommend that you name all garments used on Scouting events; huge quantities of lost property are found.
• Zip up Bag
  We do strongly recommend that your son brings a bag for his spare clothes which can be securely closed.  There are an awful lot of boys and very little space!
• Sweatshirts and T-Shirts
  We sell these ourselves, to our own design.  Details are distributed from time to time, especially before events where we think they will be particularly useful.
